Elk Ridge Ski Area is a family oriented ski, snowboard and tubing recreation area. Nestled at the southwestern entrance to the Grand Canyon, Elk Ridge offers spectacular views. From Elk Ridge, you are minutes away from the city of Williams, Arizona.

Come visit for skiing, snowboarding and tubing during the winter months. Soon they will add new services like horseback riding, guided tours and Grand Canyon packages! Have you ridden the historic train in Williams AZ, it is a must visit adventure.

Elk Ridge, just as when it was 'Williams Ski Area'; will be a family oriented mountain that offers no lift lines or crowds, wondeful variety of terrain and great people.

Elk Ridge is typically open Thursday through Monday, starting mid December. Thursday's are SKIING only days at Elk Ridge, but be sure to bring your board for the weekends.

You will find groomed slopes and trails, including a poma lift and a beginners slope. Or if you are looking for trees or steeps, you'll find those too!

Ski or Snowboard lessons are available for those wishing to improve their skills in or learn the sport for the first time. Experience instructors make it fun & easy!

Rentals are available in downhill, cross-country and snowboards at the mountain's ski shop.

At the Day Lodge there is a snack bar and deli and a day lodge to warm-up in, or just relax and watch the skiers on mountain.
